BASIC AXES OF THE INTEGRAL REFORM OF THE NEIGHBOURHOODS OF SERRA D'EN MENA.

• To contribute coherence with the unity between the districts that come together in Serra d'en Mena with the new development of Circumval.lació stroll, converting it into a basic connection way with northern area of Barcelona.

• To improve the road network with the opennig of the Joan Valentí Escalas and Sant Pasqual streets.

• To improve citizens' mobility, supressing the architectonic barriers with the installation of mechanical stairs and elevators, and the next opening of the new underground line 9 stations

• Creation and improvement of new public spaces and equipments

• Eradication of poor conditions housing

• Restoration of the buildings common elements : elevators, sewerage, facades...

• Promotion of the sustainable urban development.

• The impulse of coexistence plans; social, economic and territorial cohesion.

• Citizens' participation like a central axis in all the development process project.
