All the project actions try to get new sustainability, even more if we consider that it is an area of the city where due to the caracteristics of the territory and its development, the deficits in this aspect are very important.

Thus, the actions in equipments entails:

• Energetic efficiency improvements with the implementation of solar power installations.
• Improvements in lighting system.
• More efficient signposting systems (traffic lights installation with "leds" system..).
• New refuse collection places/premises (for recycling).
• The ground water resource management for watering public places.
• Improvement of Sewage system
